Miles Thompson returns with his hottest single yet, Losin it All

Is this a preview of what is to come on SteeZys highly anticipated project?

In this infectious summer banger, Miles subverts the upbeat instrumental and paints a picture of a transactional relationship. Miles illustrates how he has them "Feining" and how he is the "plug" able to provide only a short lived high to this person. Tired of feeling this way knowing that he is being used Miles comes to the emphatic conclusion in the chorus of this song that this person is "Losin it all"

Featuring a vocal performance from long time collaborator SteeZy, Miles creates a new wave late night anthem. Drawing from a large range of influences from Timbaland to Lana Del Rey, Miles presents a mix of Infectious melodies, witty lyricism, interesting flows, and lush vocal harmonies over a moody background to create a genre bending club banger with a futuristic Y2K aesthetic.

Alongside the single, we got treated to new visuals as well. Shot and Edited by VA native, Brick Productions, who has worked with artists such as SICKBOYRARI and Trippie Redd, the visuals for this song are crazy and lush. The video showcases Miles and Nick in a variety of settings around their home studio with bold abstract art all over the walls, bright colors and patterns, and neon lighting, taking us into a hypnotic world that exists after dark. These trippy visuals and color pallette paint a picture of a place of excess to the point of disorientation but in all the best ways.

With this being the first official release we've heard with SteeZy, one might wonder if this is a preview of the sound that we can expect on his upcoming, long awaited project that has been bubbling in popularity around the Richmond area. With a few snippets on the @NewCxllege Instagram, including a dance hall tune, I would say one can definitely expect a trippy, project loaded with club bangers and a cutting age sound that blends many different Genres

If this is any indication of what is to come from either of these artists I cannot wait. The infectiious melodies and varied flows and cadences are truly on the cutting edge of genre bending. With an addictive and unique sound I cant wait to see what else will come from these two artists this summer.
